Terms of Service

Effective: March 18, 2026

What HiredToday does

HiredToday is an AI-powered service that generates tailored application packages (resume rewrites, cover letters, interview prep, salary estimates, and follow-up templates) based on your resume and a job description.

Not professional advice

HiredToday is not a career counselor, recruiter, or lawyer. Our output is AI-generated guidance, not legal or career advice. We don't guarantee employment, interview invitations, or specific outcomes. Use your own judgment when applying the suggestions.

Your responsibilities

  • You own the resume you upload and have the right to share it.
  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • You won't use the service for anything illegal or to generate misleading applications.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Plans include one-time purchases and annual subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

You own your resume and the content you upload. You also own the generated packages — they're yours to use however you want. We own the HiredToday service, brand, and underlying technology.

Limitation of liability

HiredToday is provided “as is.” We do our best to deliver accurate, helpful output, but we're not liable for decisions you make based on our suggestions, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or use the platform in ways that harm other users or our infrastructure.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
